I've been dancing salsa for 8 years and prior to salsa I was a gymnast and trained in samba dancing. I live in the bay area and I was inspired to try out for CDA because they were a newer company starting out in San Francsico and I had heard great things from various people that I used to dance with from different companies. What I love most about CDA is the originality, creativeness, levels of difficulty and the authenticness of mambo dancing that we incorporate into the routines. I also really enjoy how other dance forms are also incorporated in creating beautiful dance pieces.
