I was never a dancer growing up. As an adult, I took a few years of ballroom lessons, then many years later, started dancing with another team. I was with them for 4 years, took a year off, then started with CDA, and I've been with this team about a 18 months.

I chose CDA out of sheer luck, having no idea who they were. However, I stay with CDA, because I'm learning more than I ever did in any of my other dance experiences, my fellow teammates are so tremendously talented, and I am a better dancer than I ever thought I could be now, thanks to Luis. It's also a lot of fun, and great exercise. I would also add that no dancer stagnates in this group - we just keep getting better and better, and most of us who want to tend to move up the ranks with time, proof that the method works.
